Is there a free trial?
No. The pilot is paid because it runs on your real pipeline and includes setup and a weekly check-in. The demo workspace is free to explore.
Do reps need licenses?
No. Reps never log in. You pay per workspace, not per person.
What counts as a workspace?
One company, one CRM connection, one Microsoft 365 tenant. Two business units with separate CRMs are two workspaces.
Does Closeable write to my CRM?
No. It is read-only in this version.
What if we use Gmail?
Not yet. Closeable reads Microsoft 365 mail and calendar today. Google Workspace is on the roadmap.
How long is the contract?
Monthly after the pilot. Cancel from Settings any month.

Can we get an invoice instead of a card?
