Terms of Service
Effective July 20, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Closeable about your use of the Closeable service at closeable.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
Closeable is a call activity tracker for sales teams. Reps log call outcomes, earn points, and appear on team leaderboards; managers receive activity reports and can connect supported CRMs to sync call activity. We provide the service as described in the app and on this site.
2. Accounts and teams
You need an account to use Closeable. You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Team managers control team membership, settings, integrations, and report recipients for their team, and are responsible for having the right to invite their reps and connect their data sources.
3. Your data
You own the data your team puts into Closeable, including call activity and anything synced from a CRM you connect. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service on that data (store it, process it, display it to your team, and send reports you configure). See the Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unauthorized access, no interfering with other teams, no using Closeable to violate laws that apply to your calling activity (including telemarketing and consent rules, which remain your responsibility), and no reselling the service without our agreement.
5. Integrations
When you connect a third-party service such as GoHighLevel, you authorize Closeable to access that service on your behalf under the permissions shown on the consent screen. Third-party services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. You can disconnect an integration at any time from Settings.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We work to keep Closeable fast and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Termination
You can stop using Closeable and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, we will delete your team data on request, subject to any legal retention requirements.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material we will notify team managers by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
