Privacy Policy
Effective July 20, 2026
Closeable exists to track your team's call activity, so we are careful with it. This page explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it.
What we collect
Account information (name, email, team membership); call activity your team logs (outcomes, timestamps, optional notes); goal, streak, and XP data derived from that activity; and, if your team connects a CRM such as GoHighLevel, call records and basic contact details (name, phone number) synced from it so reps can identify calls. We also collect standard technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
To provide the product: logging calls, computing XP and leaderboards, sending the report emails your team manager configures, and syncing outcomes back to a connected CRM. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your team’s call data for advertising.
Where it lives
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (report email delivery). Access within a team is scoped by role, and integration credentials are never readable from the browser.
Retention and deletion
We keep your team’s data while your account is active so history, streaks, and leaderboards keep working. You can request deletion of your account or your whole team’s data at any time via the support page, and we will remove it except where the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
Managers can disconnect a CRM integration at any time, which stops all syncing. Reps can correct a mislogged call in the moment via undo. For anything else (export, correction, deletion), contact support and we will handle it.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify team managers by email before the changes take effect.
